Returns & Exchanges

• You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Personalized or custom products, as well as hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., socks, undergarments), are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days, and we'll offer a full refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping
